PRODUCTION CONTROL

A QRCI is a standardized written process that responds to and tracks a failure mode with the intent to mitigate the failure. A Poka-yoke is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing" or "inadvertent error prevention". A poka-yoke is any mechanism in any process that helps an equipment operator avoid mistakes.
MATERIAL PLANNING
Implement strategies to effectively utilize MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) tools (SAP)-End goal is to reduce expedites and carrying cost while increasing production output.
LOGISTICS PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
Execute daily task management to reduce truck driver detention cost, lead time cost and increase logistical efficiency both internally and externally. Inbound/outbound planning, TPA lane staging, and shipping/receiving set up and management.
INVENTORY CONTROL
Methodically launch the most logical inventory analytics metric that aid in maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing over/under ordering material. We will implement customized inventory reconciliation tools for your team to utilize. Deploying an (ABC) Cycle counting schedule and daily reconciliation control plan with a target of 97% accuracy.
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Establish Min/Max inventory levels, material shortage alert systems and internal best logistical practices to increase production line feed productivity. A Plan for every part (PFEP) is a systematic process used to adequately build the flow of material inbound from suppliers and outbound to customers. MATERIAL SCRAP REDUCTION
Utilizing lean practices we customize a comprehensive plan of action to ensure that both conforming and non-conforming material is accurately reported daily as well as deploy strategies to reduce material shrinkage and scrap.
